Cancellation & No Show policies are in place to respect the time reserved for you and to ensure fairness to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Card on File Policy & Cancellation/No Show Terms A valid card on file is required to reserve an appointment. This helps protect my time and ensures quality service for all clients. I understand things happen, please reach out call/text 409-988-9447 but please note: • No Show / No Call – 100% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. • Same-Day Cancellations, call/text at least 4 hrs prior to scheduled appointment – 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
